Invitation and Participation Guidelines to qualify as associates

1. Invitation-Only Assosiates

Individuals can join Pentacle Research Group solely by invitation. This process ensures that only those with the necessary expertise, passion, and alignment with our mission are included.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

Upon acceptance of the invitation, each individual will be assigned a specific role that aligns with their skills and experience. The responsibilities associated with this role will be clearly defined, ensuring clarity of expectations.

3. Commitment to the Firm

All members must demonstrate a strong commitment to Pentacle Research Group’s goals and objectives. This includes contributing to projects, attending meetings, and actively participating in the company’s growth.

4. Non-Liability Agreement

Members will hold no financial or legal liabilities concerning the company. Their involvement will be focused on contributing their expertise and fulfilling their assigned responsibilities.

5. Term of Involvement

The duration of involvement will be determined based on the project’s needs or as specified during the invitation. Continuation will be based on mutual agreement and performance.

6. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to adhere to Pentacle Research Group’s code of conduct, maintaining professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

7. Exit Clause

Members may exit their roles with prior notice, allowing for a smooth transition. Pentacle Research Group reserves the right to revoke membership if the member fails to meet their responsibilities.

3. Consultant Associate

Associate Pledge
